Harvey’s principal practice areas are corporate/commercial and securities law, with an emphasis on transaction-based matters. His extensive experience includes mergers and acquisitions, financings, sophisticated business agreements, telecommunication, technology-based arrangements, and securities regulation as well as joint venture and other business relationships.

Education
Harvey obtained his B.Sc. at McMaster University in 1981 and earned a joint LLB/MBA from University of Western Ontario in 1985.
