Stephen is the head of the firm's Litigation group and practices corporate commercial litigation and insolvency with particular expertise in proceedings involving contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate, construction and banking litigation. Stephen also has extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of Ontario courts.

Stephen represents a broad range of clients including banks and other financial institutions, private and publicly traded corporations, entrepreneurs, and individuals.

Obtained his B.A. from York University and earned his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984
